Spirits drinking ladiesOn the basis of a small 25ml shot of vodka, gin, whisky, tequila, rum this is what the limit is per week:- 14 measures of a single shot of spirits - 7 measures of doubles Again, this doesn't mean you can safely down 14 shots in one go and it's healthy! Easy now.
